QUALITY AND CARE

All of our items goes from a thorough quality checking process before it's been handed over to our packaging team. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please report to info@croyance.co.uk with sufficient information and evidence, inclusive of images and proof of purchase. Upon receipt we will investigate the matter and determine whether the fault was due to poor use, lack of care, wear and tear or a genuine manufacturing defect. Contact must be made within 15 days of purchase.

SALE AND CLEARANCE

Please note that all sale and clearance items are final. No returns or exchange will be accepted.
